The implementation of psychometric tests for students in classes 9-12 has been a pivotal component of our holistic approach to student well-being and career development. The mental health assessment aimed to provide valuable insights into students’ emotional well-being, identifying potential stressors and facilitating early intervention strategies. Through this test, students gained a deeper understanding of their mental health status, empowering them to prioritize self-care and seek support when needed.

Similarly, the career fields assessment served as a compass for students navigating the vast terrain of professional opportunities. By evaluating their interests, strengths, and aptitudes, the test guided students toward compatible career paths aligned with their aspirations and potential. It fostered self-awareness and informed decision-making, enabling students to embark on a journey of exploration and self-discovery as they charted their course toward future success.
